Notes
The textual variant machinae qui trinus > machinae unus potentialiter trinusque, which links this entry to Cantus ID 008396.1, could suggest an Iberian origin for this fragment, since all other known witnesses preserving this reading are Iberian and most of them of the Hispanic rite. Nevertheless, the fragment's palaeographical and codicological characteristics make it more likely that the variant originated in France and was subsequently transmitted to Iberia.
