Text variant at the last word of the verse: "eum" instead of "dominum".

The mode becomes perfect plagal at the word "oriente".

The typical 2nd mode cadence re mi fa re (tractulus - qüilisma - clivis) is replaced by re fa mi re, i.e. the qüilisma disappears and a "tenor cadence" is added. This happens in several other pieces in this book.
