Single leaf fragment: the top of the page is torn (with loss of contents), the middle of the page is fragile because of a fold and some holes. The recto side is slightly damaged, while the verso is badly damaged and hardly legible. The poor condition of the verso side and the many folds suggest that the fragment was used as a book cover. Stitching at the bottom.

Pen-flourished initials of small size in black ink highlight the starting of the Alleluia verse; pen-flourished initials of medium size in red or blue; on the verso side in the middle of the page there is a big foliated initial "D" in blue, red and black ink but it is disfigured. Text and notation in black ink. Medium-sized neumes placed on a red line.
