Bifolium slightly damaged. The two pages are not consecutive. The borders are irregularly trimmed, mainly in the superior and external side. Lost of liturgical and musical contents because of the cuts. The parchment is marked by stains and wrinkles. The rulink prick is clearly visible.

Inscriptions and marks:
"92" in red ink (modern hand) on A recto. On Bv, at the bottom of the page, there are three inscriptions that are upside down respect to the text: "Caixa 284, n° 6" in blue ink (modern hand); "Santa Maria the Alvora" and a bigger, but unreadable, inscription.
P. Avelino de Jesus da Costa referes to this fragment as: "Caixa 284, 164 – Número 6 – Tombo de Santa Maria de Álvora, Valdevez, 1548".
