Good. Perforated on the margins for ruling (10 mm). The upper angles are wrinkled. Folds on the lower margin (with string) and in the middle. Folds and string suggest that it was used as book cover. Damp patches especially on the top of the page and on the left. In some points the ink is vanished.

Inscriptions and marks:
On the verso one can see on the upper left side the inscription: "Sta Eulalia d'Orvacem". Second line "Ervacem [...] S. Onaio". Third line: "Ervacem". On the same page on the right side is written "46" in red ink. Lower a modern hand wrote by pen in blue ink "Caixa 285, n. 9".
P. Avelino de Jesus da Costa referes to this fragment as: "Caixa 285, 172 – Número 9 – Tombo de Santa Eulália de Orvacém, 1542, Missal".
