Condition of document: 
Badly damaged. The fragment is made of two bifolios pasted together. It is readable only one side of the fragment (image: "A - B"). The upper bifolio contains some texts from the Book of Maccabees. The lower bifolio is almost completely covered by the upper fragment. It is barely possible to read some notated chants for the Holy Saturday (on "B") and another unidentified chant (on "A"). The fragment was used as book cover.
Decoration: 
Rubrics in red. Plain initials in red or blue.
Inscriptions: 

"48" written in red ink by a modern hand on A. A library sticker on A says "... 249 Tombo da Egreja de S. Lourenço de Gabriel (?) Anno de 1549".
