Bifolium slightly damaged. The borders are trimmed with lost of contents in the lower part. Dirty stains and damp patches. Dry-point ruling clearly visible. Sewing-pricks, holes in the central fold between the two pages. Regarding the contents: the two pages are not consecutive.

A later hand added the indication of the chant mode to some chants. On c. A recto a modern hand wrote in red "50". A modern hand wrote by blue pen "279 n° 9".
