Some inscriptions on f. Br. "107" written in red ink. "Caixa n. 287 doc. 5" written by pen in blue ink. Another modern hand wrote at the top of the page with pen and blue ink "Caixa 287, nº 5". A more ancient hand wrote in brown ink S. Miguel de Perre" and "Perre". Another hand wrote "Tombo de perre" below "Salvum me fac".
The fragment is identified by P. Avelino da Costa as "Caixa 287, 186 – Número 5 – Tombo de São Miguel de Perre, 1548".
