Bifolium slightly damaged. The upper and lower borders are trimmed but the text is not lost. The external edges are folded and wrinkled. The upper right corner of leaf Br is torn.

Very simple decoration with black or red initials.
Neumatic notation on red line, custos with inclined stem.
Inscriptions and marks:
A recto: number "28" written with red ink by a modern hand between the two columns of text; on A recto and B verso there are some annotations that give us information about the provenance of the fragment; on the upper right corner of leaf Ar, a 20th century hand wrote the shelf-mark of the fragment with blue ink "Caixa 288 n. 3".
The fragment served as a cover of the Tombo de Santa Marinha de Peruzello, year 1541.
