The original foliation was written in Roman numbers and it is still visible on both folios 'xxxv' and 'xxxviii'.
It is a bifolio fully notated. Each line of text is alternated with a red line for notation. There are 10 text line per page.

Text and notation are written in black. The rubric is in red. Plain initials are in red. Two initials with simple decorative designs can be found on fol. 35r. A "D" is decorated in green and red with a zoomorphic design (a dog) on fol. 38r.
Inscriptions and marks:
On c. 35v "samaritane" is interpolated between "Dominus" and "fiet" in the Communion "Qui biberit aquam", the melody of this chant is different from the one in Graduale Romanum page 136.
