Number of voices (4) is conjectural. B2v, folding of the outer face: fragment of [tiple] in c2 clef; content barely legible due to pasted over paper. C2v, folding of the outer face: unidentified voice-part; inner face: fragment from a chant book, square notation, five lines, text "[Confitemini domi]no quoniam bonu[s quoniam in seculum] misericordia eiu[s]" (possibly the versicle Cantus ID 800073); the verso of this latter fragment can be seen through C2r (outer face of the back cover of MM 231). Another fragment of the same chant book forming the inner face of the back cover of MM 230 (B2v) can be seen through B2r. B2r and C2r are illegible.
