Chants for some of the ferial days after the 5th Sunday in Lent (Passion Sunday), from Tuesday to Friday (Introit). Since the two folios are not consecutive, most chants for Wednesday and the entrance chant for Thursday are missing.

Description of the notation
Semitone marked with a fairly discernible lozenge. A later (?) hand put letters (a, f) over every first red line of a chant.
Decoration

Initials of readings and chants flourished, in red and blue ink with inner filigree.

17th c. hand: "Livro dos babtizados de 1558 athe 1562".

Poor. About one third of fol. A (xciij) lost to trimming.
Inner side fairly legible, with some minor ink fading; exposed side barely legible, with ink fade and dirtiness.
