Rubrics and initials in red, text in black ink.

Inscriptions
Inscriptions on fol. 157r: "51" written in red ink by a modern hand on the right upper corner. More to the left, in the text area, another hand wrote "9 [...] Agosto 1582 5 Agosto 1588 [...]". Inscription on fol. 154v: "1541" on the top left corner. On fol. 154v an ancient hand added near the incipits of the chants the reference to the page where originally the full chant could be found.

Condition of document

Good condition despite the bifolium served for long time as book cover (see the
folds and the string on fol. 154). Holes along the central fold. Ruling pricks 10 mm.

Page layout

Bifolium: ca 490 x 373 mm. Text layout: one column. Pages measure ca 370 x 250 mm. Columns measure ca 285 x 150 mm. 31 lines per page, some with notation.

Foliation/Pagination

Original foliation: "cliiii" and "clvii".
