P-BRad Pasta 153
Aquitanian notation with square and rectangular shapes, written on a red line. The alignment between text and notation is not fully vertical; the copyist often marks the end of melismas with a vertical line. Liquescent neumes are not used. The custos appears occasionally.
Initial letters of each chant in red, without ornamentation. Warning letters and rubrics visible in the inner margins of Ar and Av.
All margins are trimmed; only the lower edge affects the liturgical content. Some stains are present but do not hinder legibility.
Two columns with 30 lines of alternating notation and text, though additional lines were likely lost with the trimming of the lower margin.
Original foliation missing, probably removed during the trimming of the upper margin.
Mode identification takes into account the position of the tonic relative to the dry-point line, psalmodic intonations, melodic range and formulas.
