Late Aquitanian notation on a five-line red stave with letter-clefs (b, F, and g).
Pen-flourished initials alternating red and blue inks for the 1st antiphon and both responsories.
Rubric, fol. r, top right: "Jn tercio nocturno Antifonas".
Paper archive labels glued on the recto side. The label on the spine is damaged but partially readable; the one on the front cover reads: "Souto / (s salvador) / Misto / Nasc. 20/1/-1597-3/1/-1628 / Cas. 15/2/-1597-30/5/-1627 / Obt. 22/1/-1597-17/8/-1623 / Nº 2". On the top flap of the front cover (fol. v2), modern hand in ink: "B-16-3-90"; penciled: "P-832". Other inscriptions from different periods related mainly to the contents of the host volume.
Recto side: fair. Verso side: good.
One single folio still attached to the host volume as a cover.
