Plain initials in red.

Inscriptions
Some Aquitanian neums in red ink added on fol. Av on the text "Heli heli lamazaptani hoc est Deus meus Deus meus ut quid dereliquisti me". Inscriptions on fol. Br. "107" written in red ink. "Caixa n. 287 doc. 5" written by pen in blue ink. Another modern hand wrote at the top of the page with pen and blue ink "Caixa 287, nº 5". A more ancient hand wrote in brown ink S. Miguel de Perre" and "Perre". Another hand wrote "Tombo de perre" below "Salvum me fac" (the church of São Miguel of Perre is located ca 40 km north-west of Braga).

Condition of document

Bifolium in good condition and quite readable. However, there are folds and the trimming of the lower margin caused loss of contents.

305 x 245 mm, one column 295 x 155. 31 text lines with music.

Remarks
The fragment is identified by P. Avelino da Costa as "Caixa 287, 186 – Número 5 – Tombo de São Miguel de Perre, 1548".
