Three inscriptions on the verso. An ancient inscription provides information on the provenance of the fragment "[...] tombo da igreja de monçoos da tomar [...]". A modern hand wrote by pen in blue ink "248 n° 18". "150" is written in red ink.

Single leaf fragment in good condition but with patches of damp, many wrinkles and a horizontal central fold.

Page layout

Size: 410 x 300 mm. Text area: one column of 290 x 205 mm. 16 lines, some with music.

Foliation/Pagination

The original foliation "cc" can be found at the top of the recto. It was written in roman numerals with red ink.

Remarks
P. Avelino de Jesus da Costa refers to this fragment as: "Caixa 248, 71 – Número 18 – Tombo do Salvador de Mouçós, 1554". Mouçós (Vila Real) is located ca 100 km south-east of Braga.
