Fol. Av bears two library stickers ('Fazenda N. 26' and '5-09 A-3-1-57') and one later hand inscription written reversed with respect to the text and placed at the very bottom of the page. Two later hand inscriptions ('A-3-1-57' and 'G I 41') are written reversed on fol. Ar, bottom. At the bottom of the left column on fol. Bv one can read 'Beatriz ...' written by modern hand.

Central bifolium currently used as book cover. Fols. Av and Br are the external cover and they are now in poor condition and almost completely unreadable. The fragment has the borders irregularly trimmed and teared, with some contents trimmed off at the top margin.
