On folio 1r is written: "Responsso / P[ar]a o fim do Enterro das Religiozas / do Real Mosteyro de N. Sra. da / Esperança / sendo vig[ari]a do choro a M. R. S. / D. Maria / Victoria / Cherubina, dos / Serafins." Along with this document there are two more: a form for the admission to the Venerável Ordem Terceira dated from 1778 and another one entitled "Constituição Nosso SS. Padre Leão XIII - Ácerca da Ordem Terceira Secular de S. Francisco" dated 1883 and signed "P[adr]e Espanca / 1888".
