There are inscriptions both on the recto and verso sides. On the verso side one modern inscription reads "N-203".

Condition of document
Damaged. The folio has been cut and folded to fit the size of the book that it covers. The upper part of the folio shows also a tear. The eternal part of the cover is very dirty, the content almost unreadable.
