Description of the notation

Square notation on 5 red lines, with oblique pes. One clef, left-headed custodes (stem upwards).

Decoration

One red initial with red filigree for a chant. Black, simpler initials for verses. Rubrics in red.

Inscriptions

There are several inscriptions on the verso side, in brown ink. On the recto side a modern inscription in pencil (visible on the verso due to the fold) reads "N-255". There are also other inscriptions on the recto but they are almost unreadable due to the dirtiness on the folio.

Condition of document

Fair. The folio has been partially cut and folded to fit the size of the book that covered but the content is almost entirely readable. The external part of the cover (recto) is quite dirty.

Page layout

Single column, 7 lines of music alternated with 7 lines of text.

Foliation/Pagination

A roman "LXIX" can be read on the top margin of the recto.
