Description of the notation
Square notation on 5 red lines with oblique pes and scandicus. One clef; left-headed custodes (stem downwards).
Decoration
Blue initials with red filigree alternated with red initials with blue filigree for chants. Rubrics in red.
Inscriptions
On the recto side there are several inscriptions in brown ink, most of them unreadable. On the verso there is one inscription in brown ink, "Nº 58" and a more recent one, in pencil, that reads "N-256".

Damaged. The folio has been cut and folded to fit the size of the book that it covered. The external part of the cover is barely readable.
