There are several inscriptions in brown ink: "Vedo[re?]s"; "1621 the 1631". There are also two library stickers: "Nº 24 / de 17-10-1621 até 28-10-1631", and "286".
Badly damaged. The folio has been cut to fit the size of the book protected. One side of the folio (internal side of the cover) is glued to the book, while the external part of the cover is dirty and its content almost entirely unreadable.
Single column, at least 7 lines of music alternated with 7 lines of text.
