Big size neumes. Dry-point line. The axis of the notation is vertical. The difference between a lozenge and a square punctum is clearly defined. Lozenge is used consistently to mark the lower semitone and it is used either in isolation as in compound neumes. No custodes.

Damaged fragment currently used as book cover. Mutilated, holes and traces of humidity. Almost illegible along the book spine. Library stickers. Used to cover a register book (1617 to 1619).
