1. The textual transmission of this Of is unstable, and even inside a tradition we find minor variants (everte] et verte; principis] principum; eos] eis; etc). 2. In this Ms, the responsum seems to end at "consentium eis", because at that point the scribe wrote a red V (= verse), and afterward "Nos autem...". However, when the verse "Recordare quod steterim" ends, the Ms has, again, "V. Nos autem". It seems that this section "Nos autem" is not an autonomous verse, but the "presa", the final section of the responsum, that should be repeated after the verse. 3. dominans] dominus (probably, a spelling mistake).
