Below, in pencil, modern inscription, with information about contents, writing style and datation: " Missa do dia 13 de Janeiro / Oitava da Epifania / Escritura beneventana / século XIII". Bottom right corner, in ink: "an. 1567" (probably referring to documents once enclosed by the fragment). Verso: top left corner, in pencil: "-B-".
Condition of document

Very good overall.
Only about one line of text and music on recto rendered illegible by book-binding exposure.

Page layout
