Square notation with Iberian features (e.g. oblique ascending axis), on 5 red lines
Decoration
Two decorated initials in lavish, splendidly crafted geometrical and floreal patterns in red, blue, sepia and possibly green ink. These initials have unfortunately badly faded out, but their execution indicates this fragment belonged to a carefully crafted manuscript.

Fair overall. Ink generally faded but still mostly readable, except for some spots on the exposed side.
