One column of eight lines of text and music.

Fragment 48 in worse overall condition than 47, with more pronounced ink fade and higher percentage of content loss due to overlapping glue.
Decoration:
Taller initials of red and sepia ink. The introit initial of blue ink with rather intricate red filigree.

On 47 verso: 'Meza dos 616' and '616 p[ar]a 617'.
On 48 verso: '616 p[ar]a 617'.
Other 17th c. inscription on the same pages, hardly readable due to ink fade.
