Material
Condition of document
Exposed folio: last two lines only of the folio surviving after trimming, but in good general conditions.
Non-exposed folio: ink generally faded but still legible, less than two entire lines remaining after binding.
Page layout
Originally, about 4 to 8 lines of text and music. Currently only two remain.
Foliation/Pagination
Folio A only recto visible; folio B only verso. Two likely consecutive folios: see 'Bindings'.
Bindings
Two likely consecutive folios dismembered and used as covers to a later volume. The two folios were glued together so that in the present state one side each remains hidden.
