Condition of document: 
The folio is damaged. The fragment is now used as book cover. The middle of the folio, which corresponds to the spine of the book, has holes with loss of content. The bottom margin is ripped, also with loss of content.
Decoration: 
Two blue and red initials with filigree decoration. The second initial «S» is long enough to cover the initial letter in the beginning of the text, «Sordida», on the three staves.
Inscriptions: 

Two library stickers on the recto. The first sticker is damaged but it is possible to read the library identification: «Arquivo Municipal / ALFREDO PIMENTA / GUIMARÃES» in blue ink.
The second sticker have references to the book contents «Livro de Leilões / (D. Martinho) / [...] / Obt. |12|-1652-19|3|1715 / Nas. 25|12|-1652 - 18|8|1706 / Cas.17|4|1654 - 14|3|1707 / N. 2».

On the right side of the second sticker is written in the folio, in black ink, what seems to be a similar text.

The left margin of verso (photo v2) it is written «B-16-4-7».
