A sticker and two inscriptions on the recto record this as a cover for documents (Tombo) of Santa Marinha de Mogege, a parish church c. 10 km to the east of Vila Nova de Famalicão.

Condition of document
The document is in good condition, the writing is clear. The document was folded in half and used as a cover, with Ar being the outer part of the cover and Av being the inner part. The fragment was folded at the edges to adapt it to the required size.
