Square notation on 5 red lines. Custodes. A thin brown line divides every word of the text.
Inscriptions
Recto: modern inscription “249” in red pencil. Further inscriptions in black ink, mostly illegible, though some numbers—possibly dates—can be read (“Bandel? 1591 (…) 1631”, “Ca(...) 1576”). A smaller inscription reads “Vuela.”
Verso: long inscription in black ink, largely illegible as it lies beneath a folded portion of the folio; probably a later addition.

Condition of document
Poor. Fragment of a single page, folded, cut, and broken on all sides. A sewn repair crosses part of the surface, especially on the recto.

Probably a single column. The total number of lines cannot be determined.
