On the folio Ar there is one inscription in brown ink: "Mel? gl(...) 1582 athe 15?3". On the folio Av, in pencil, a modern "N 17".
Damaged. The bifolio has been cut in order to fit the size of the book that it covered, resulting in the B folio cut in half. Also the top and the bottom part of the whole bifolio have been cut away. The remaining content is sometimes unreadable due to glued paper, dirtiness, some spots and humidity.
Single column of alternated lines of music and text, at least 5 each.
