This folio from a Gradual, reused as a pocket, contains the end of a mass (maybe for St. Anne?) and the beginning of another mass with the rubric "In festo pr[...]tationis b[eate] [M]arie virgini (sic)". The second mass could be the Presentation of Mary, usually celebrated the 21st of November, but the date of this celebration doesn't follow the one of the feast of St. Anne, usually celebrated on the 26th of July.
Black square notation with "iberian pes" on five red lines. F clefs and custos.
Blue and red initials with filigree.
Inscriptions from the 17th century on the verso. Two stickers (verso), one with an old shelfmark repeated in black ink on the recto.
Poor. The fragment suffered a vertical lacuna and the ink of the verso (outside of the pocket) has suffered damage.
