Square notation, with oblique pes, on 5 red lines.
Decoration
Capital letters and rubrics in red. For the Magnificat antiphon a blue letter with red filigree was drawn but was cut off almost entirely and can barely be seen.
Inscriptions
Archive sticker, on the mixed records enclosed (baptisms, marriages and obits at the parish of Prazins, Santa Eufémia, encompassing the 17th and early 18th centuries) and an old call number: B-16-4-86.

Condition of document
The fragment is in bad condition. It consists of a single leaf. The recto is quite dirty and some parts of the text and music are illegible. The verso has some water stains.
