Square notation (with southern features) on 4 red lines. One clef, custodes.
Blue and red simple initials for chants, brown initials for psalms. Rubrics in red.
On the verso, ink inscriptions in modern hand along the left margin, referring to documents enclosed: Quintães [parish]. Bap. [baptismal records] de 1644 te 1670 / C? de 1644 te 1695 / ?
One folio in quite good condition, possibly used as a cover for a book. The verso side was probably the external part of the cover and it shows some spots, but the content remains almost entirely readable. The recto side is completely readable, except for a small tear on the left side of the folio.
Single column, 9 lines of text alternated with 9 lines of music.
No foliation/pagination.
