Description of the notation
Square notation (Iberian variety) on 5 red lines. One clef, custodes (head left-oriented, stem downwards).
Decoration
One black, simply ornated initial for an antiphon and one blue initial with red filigree for the responsory. Rubrics in red and brown ink.
Inscriptions
One modern inscription in red pencil on the recto reads "213".

Condition of document
Good. The folio has been slightly cut and folded but the content is almost entirely readable. The folio was used as a book cover and the recto side was the external part of the cover, thus presenting spots and humidity. Some spots also in the verso side.

Single column, 6 lines of text alternated with 6 lines of music.
