Square notation on 5 red lines, with oblique pes and V-shaped porrectus. One clef, left-headed custodes (upwards stem)

Decoration

Red, simply decorated initials F and L, with no filigree, on the recto side. A filigree-decorated D on the verso. Black and yellow initials for the versicles. Rubrics in red.

Inscriptions

On the verso side one modern inscription in pencil reads "N-212". On the recto side there are multiple inscriptions in brown and red ink, most of them almost unreadable. There is also a piece of paper stitched with another inscription.

Condition of document

Fair. The folio has been cut and folded to fit the size of the book that it covers but the content is almost entirely readable. The recto side was the external part of the cover, thus presenting some dirtiness and spots.
