Translatio Jacobi, Octava Stephani, Juliani, Basilii, Felicis.
Square notation on 5 red lines (southern variety). No clefs detected; left-headed custodes (stem upwards).
No decoration detected. Rubrics in red, with incipits in dark ink.
On the recto side there are several inscriptions in brown ink, unreadable. There is a modern inscription in pencil that reads "1638" and two library stickers that read "2530" and "N°13 /Maço". On the verso side there is a long text written in a very minute calligraphy in brown ink.
Damaged. The folio has been cut to fit the size of the book that covers, leading to content loss. The external side of the cover (recto) is pretty dirty and mostly unreadable.
Single column. Undetermined total number of lines.
No foliation/pagination.
