Square notation on 5 red lines with oblique pes and scandicus. One clef; left-headed custodes (stem downwards).
Decoration
One blue initial with red filigree for a single chant. Rubrics in red.

Both sides of the folio show several inscriptions in brown ink. On the recto side there is also a modern inscription in pencil that reads "N-257".
