Condition of document: 
Much damage and cutting. Damage is the result of use in binding. The folios have suffered removal of notated and other content, folding, addition of binding materials, annotations, and the fading of text and notation.

Initials decorated with red and yellow.

These fragments contain parts of an office for the feast of St. Anne. Revision of foliation given here may be needed.
