Scribe added black ink initials, some calligraphic, but mostly simple Roman majuscules. Red & green intials, fols 07v-08r, possibly in a later hand
Inscriptions appear on various folios next to the bass part, indicating modal position (cues for organist)

Old (posibly original) soft cover of beige leather, with remains of leather ties
Remains of original front flyleaf. Original numbering of pieces in brown ink; each of the three sets of Holy Week responsories received separate numeration. Modern pencil foliation, fols 1-19, 21-36. All three edges of folios have red colouring similar to that on P-Cug MM 26
