Attribution to Manoel Rebello only, f. 1v and 2r. Copied at various stages by 3-4 different scribes. No foliation. 10 staves drawn ff. 1v-43r, 56v-57v; 9 staves drawn ff. 47v-50r; litany on ff. 51r-56r has 2 staves per page.
Modern label with shelf-mark pasted on front cover.
