On the recto side of folio B, several dates (1611-1620), on black ink, referring to the period of time comprised by the register book previously bound by this fragment. On the bottom margin of the verso side of folio B, current shelf-mark (NOT/CNPRT01/001/0033) and alternative shelf-mark (K/7/5/1-2.12), both on pencil.

Condition of document
Mutilated all around, causing absence of content on upper margins and outer margin of folio A. Humidity, dirtiness and wear, especially on folios Av and Br, where the text is hardly legible or completely illegible. Severely damaged at the centre of the bifolio.
