Severely mutilated bifolio, causing loss of contents (one of the folios is practically nonexistent).
Decoration:
Initials in dark brown, decorated in the same colour and sepia.
Inscriptions:
On the bottom margin of verso side, dates 1624-1625, in black ink, referring to the period of time comprised by the register book previously bound by this fragment. Above and below the dates, a name, possibly that of the scribe of the register book ("Aleixo [...]"), followed by the number of the latter ("Livro 66")". On the upper margin of the recto side: current shelf-mark (NOT/CNPRT01/001/0066) and alternative shelf-mark (K/7/5/1-3.14), both in pencil.
Remarks:
Previously binding a register book from the Notary of Porto (1624-1625).
