Condition of document:
Bifolio. Amputated all around, causing loss of contents (particularly on folio B). Weakened at centre. Folios Av-Br are quite dirty and consequently less legible, especially at the centre (spine of the register book previously bound by this fragment).
Decoration:
Plain initials in red.
Inscriptions:
On the upper part of folio Av, dates 1650-1651, in black ink, referring to the period of time comprised by the register book previously bound by this fragment. Taking the dates into account, an inscription seem to correspond to the name of the scribe of the register book (quite imperceptible). On the right margin of folio Ar, current shelf-mark (NOT/CNPRT01/001/0081) on pencil.
Remarks:
Previously binding a register book from the Notary of Porto (1650-1651).
