316 X 226 mm, text is written in one column.
Condition of document: 
Damaged. The rigth margin of the fragment is torn with loss of contents.
Decoration: 
Red initials; rubrics in red.
Inscriptions: 

At the bottom of the recto one can see, written in black ink, what seems to be a signature name and a date '1559'. At the top of this page something illegible is written also in black ink. At the bottom of the verso something was erased and over it was written what seems to be a signature.

Remarks: 

Currently used as book cover of the register book 'Atas de Vereação, 1559-1560'. The chants copied in the fragment correspond to those in the printed Évora Breviary of 1528, with minor textual variants.

Probably belonged to the same book that Atas de Vereação, liv. 59.
