Condition of document: 
Damaged. The fragment is now used as a book cover. The margins of the folio are folded inwards, therefore covering part of the music/text on the other side.
Decoration: 
Blue initial with red filigree designs, red initials with black filigree designs, brown/black initial.
Inscriptions: 
On the recto there are two library stickers, one identifying the book «III D / 1ª / 3 / 5 / 259» and other with the number «2387».
«INV. BOL. / 95 (18)», in pencil [f. r, on both top and bottom]
Text written in black ink on the bottom of recto (above the inscription in pencil) and on the top, bottom and left margin of verso. It is possible to read some names but most of it is faded and crossed out.
