Inscriptions
 The folio renamed as "A" has a library sticker identifying the book «III D / 1ª / 8 / 3 / 23-A» and the folio renamed as "B" has two library stickers, one identifying the book «III D / 1ª / 4 / 1 / 32» and a second with the number «1450».
On the right margin of folio Ar there is some text, «Descrição» in black ink; «23-A» and «S. João» in pencil.
