This item is mutilated in the middle and almost completely illegible at the beginning and end. It can still be identified thanks to the readable portions, although it is also visible that it presents several small textual and musical variants against other Iberian sources such as P-BRs Ms. 032 and P-Pm 1151. The D-ab-a intonation is especially important for positing a first mode. The differentia could not be identified but it is likely that the scribe mistakenly put a c-clef instead of an F-clef.
